- Jewel of NPT award (2006) during the Golden Jubilee Celebrations of Nachimuthu Polytechnic College, Pollachi in recognition of his excellent achievements in his professional career. He was honored by the then President of India Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam.
- 4th COSIDICI National Award (2017) for Outstanding Entrepreneur
He has won the National Award for outstanding entrepreneur from the Council of State Industrial Development & Investment Corporation of India, New Delhi as a benchmark of excellence in the MSME sector for Genau Extrusions Private Limited.

Genau Extrusions was established in 1994 and commenced operations in 1995 by manufacturing cold forged and machined components for the automotive, off highway, industrial & general engineering applications. The Company has its registered office in Chennai and a state-of-the-art plant in Hosur, Tamil Nadu. Started manufacturing panel boards under M/s. Shanti Inc.
1977
Incorporated Shanti Enterprises private limited, an EPC company offering Electrical Distribution, Substation, Industrial Electrification & Infra Lighting, Building Electrifications & MEP services with branches in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka.
1991
Established Jasmine Concrete Exports Pvt. Ltd. at Chennai. Became the largest manufacturer of extracts from flower, fruits, roots, barks, seeds, leaves, gum and resins to fragrance, flavour, cosmetics, food, pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries. Owns two eco-friendly state-of-the-art plants in Tamil Nadu.
1994
Started Stahllform Technik Pvt. Ltd. at Hosur, Tamil Nadu. A plant dedicated for the manufacture of HT & LT Switchboards, Control Panels, Bus Ducts, MCCs & PCCs and Compact Substations.
1994
Established M/s. Genau Extrusions Limited with the registered office at Chennai and a plant at Hosur. Genau milestones to be added will be provided
