Genau Extrusions has implemented excellent quality control systems and processes to meet the stringent quality requirements of international and domestic customers. We believe in doing it right at first. That means, we do what is right from the beginning, rather than doing what is convenient and continue that process right till the despatch of the product. 

We believe the quality of the products gave the confidence to export the products to various countries across the globe. Quality has been the main driver of our business and today major OEMs and tier 1 companies have become our clients. 

Our quality management system is IATF 16949:2016 certified and we comply with ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 standards to maintain high levels of quality. We have established lean processes and most advanced inspection machines as well as systems. CMM, Counter tracer and non-destructive equipment like MPI and XRF help us in delivering defect free parts to the customers. 

At Genau Extrusions, we ensure uninterrupted productivity and timely delivery of the finished products. This is achieved through stringent quality checks, regular maintenance and upgradation of the forging equipment and implementation of computer assisted online production monitoring system.
